How This Works

Discord's dynamic timestamps use a universal format called Unix time. This generator converts your local date/time into a Unix timestamp (seconds since Jan 1, 1970) and wraps it in a special code that Discord understands.

The code tells the Discord app to display that time correctly for every single person in their own local timezone.

Available Formats:

:t - Short Time (e.g., 11:49 AM)
:T - Long Time (e.g., 11:49:00 AM)
:d - Short Date (e.g., 06/25/2025)
:D - Long Date (e.g., June 25, 2025)
